Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the receipt of your product as long as the item is in unworn, new condition in the original packaging. In case you have received defective or damaged product, get in touch with us at contact@whitemuds.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods along with the relevant images. Any damages on arrival issue should be reported (via mail) within 24 hours / 1 business day along with the pictures to investigate transit reasons with third party couriers.
