In case you have received defective or damaged product, get in touch with us at contact@whitemuds.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods along with the relevant images. Any damages on arrival issue should be reported (via mail) within 24 hours / 1 business day along with the pictures to investigate transit reasons with third party couriers.
